                   Steve Swallow - MIFireE

Steve worked for Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service for over 35 years serving in a number of roles including operations, fire safety, station and divisional command, technical section, major projects and planning. Some of the many qualifications include Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers, NEBOSH, Health and Safety for Managers, various fire safety and operational command courses at the Fire Service College in Gloucestershire.

                                     Brian Paulinski - MiFireE

Brian Joined Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service in 1975 worked in operations, fire safety, special projects and ultimately served as station commander at Heywood Fire station with responsibility for fire safety, training and operational issues across Heywood and Rochdale areas. Brian is also qualified as a fire investigation and accident investigation officer. Brian has qualified in NEBOSH and other relevant Health and safety courses, has attended many Fire Service College courses, including the fire safety long fire prevention and specialist course.

                                 Steve Broadbent- GIFireE

Steve worked for Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service for over 30 years. On retiring he spent a number of years in the Health and Safety field organising training and risk assessments before teaming up to form SBS Fire Safety. Steve has a background of operations, fire safety which includes major projects and hospital fire safety officer. He also has an expertise in the technical and communications field. Attending the Fire Service College on many occasions he has qualifications in training and the specialist fire safety course, and holds the NEBOSH qualification.
